I added more flavour to this tomato soup recipe by using dried oregano. I put green beans, corn kernels, and sausages in the middle. But you can use your favourite vegetables instead. Even if you make it without filling, the soup is still tasty.
In this recipe, I use butter and garlic, these two ingredients make the taste savoury and garlicky. I use plain bread for the recipe, but you can replace it with baguettes or other types of bread you can find in your area. If you are a cheese lover, you can also add cheese on top of the croutons. It will taste even better.

In this Tomato Soup recipe, I use water to make the tomato soup, I suggest you use beef stock or chicken stock to make it tastier.
You can bake the croutons in the oven to get the best result. The oven will make the croutons cook evenly. If you don't have an oven, it's okay to use a pan.
