Crepe originated in France. The main ingredients that go into crepe batter are flour, milk, and eggs. The shape of crepes is usually round and thin. There are two distinct flavours of crepes, which are sweet and savoury, and there are also two different textures of crepes, which are crispy and soft.

To be honest, I am just a regular man who enjoys both sweet and savoury dishes. But for this crepe recipe, I will share the savoury one. The crepes' main ingredients are easy to find, such as flour, milk, eggs and margarine. The most important thing in making soft crepes is milk because it makes these crepes soft.

As you can guess from the recipe name 'Chicken Crepes', I use chicken breast for this crepe filling. The chicken breast I use will be seasoned using spices such as turmeric powder, curry powder, and chilli powder. In addition, I also added vegetables such as tomatoes and corn kernels. Corn kernels add a sweet taste and add a crunchy texture when eaten. For the sauce, I use mayonnaise sauce mixed with minced garlic and lemon juice. With this mixture, this sauce feels very fresh, savoury and garlicky.

Overall, the taste of this dish is excellent and well-balanced. This Chicken Crepe is very suitable as a snack you can enjoy while watching TV or having a chit-chat with friends. Therefore, I highly recommend this Chicken Crepe recipe for you to try. Happy cooking!

Note* Make sure you are using a nonstick pan. If you don't have it, you must grease the pan with margarine or butter.
