Pizza is food from Italy that is very well known throughout the world. This Italian food is famous, along with spaghetti or macaroni, which also originated in Italy. This food is almost everywhere in Italian-themed restaurants.
Pizza has wide varieties and toppings. Mushrooms, meat, chicken, sausage, and vegetables are common pizza toppings. And since we can customise the toppings to our personal taste, this dish has the potential to become a big favourite as well.

This recipe is very easy and delicious; you can try it at home and replace the toppings according to your taste. To improve the flavour, I also add sausage and basil. But suppose you don't like spicy food. In that case, you can eliminate the chilli powder from the pizza sauce in this cheese pizza recipe, and if you do like spicy food, you can add more chilli powder.
The final step, but certainly not the least important, is to divide the dough into two equal portions so it can be served to two people. However, if you want to eat it by yourself and have a large pan, you can make it into one large serving instead of individual portions.
Note:
- We cover the dough to let the yeast work and let the dough rise. Cover it for 30 minutes.
- Why make some holes in the dough? to prevent the dough from creating a large air pocket.
- When you bake the pizza is very important to close it with a lid to make it well cooked
